Housekeeping is provided by highly qualified village helpers and family carers with state-recognized training in housekeeping, upbringing, pedagogy and care.
The village helper as a family carer looks after the children and takes care of the household when the mother or father is sick and at least one child is under 12 years of age.
The village helper is specially trained to help out in agriculture.
