Commercial building land

In the Meißenheim district, there is commercial space in the “Tieflache Part B” industrial park. This is located north of Meißenheim and can be accessed via the new connecting road between Winkelstraße and Waldstraße, “Am neue Rathaus”.

Half of the “Tieflache Part B” industrial park has already been sold and is being sold fully developed. Said industrial park is to be the first area in the municipality to be fully connected to the fiber optic network by 2021 at the latest. Another commercial area in Meißenheim is the “Oberried” area, whereby the entire area is already used commercially or is privately owned.

On the southwestern outskirts of Kurzell, directly adjacent to the Tiergarten industrial estate, the Dreschschopf industrial estate was developed in 2017. The Dreschschopf industrial area has direct access from the district road 5367 (Allmannsweierer Hauptstraße) and thus a quick connection to the state road 75 and the A5 federal motorway. Both commercial space and limited commercial space for non-disruptive business are available.
